Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas in a bowl.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Cook pancakes on a greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form and edges are set.
  • Flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve with honey or syrup.
