Mac and Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the muffins are set.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serving.
