Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
