Chicken and Avocado Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the mashed avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread a thin layer of the avocado mixture over each tortilla.
  • Top with shredded chicken, cheese, and chopped tomatoes.
  • Add a small dollop of Greek yogurt on top of the fillings.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
