Mac and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the muffins are set.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serving.
