Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup diced apples
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, milk, applesauce, cinnamon, and honey.
- Stir in diced apples.
- Divide mixture into two jars.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold in the morning.
