Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup diced apples

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine oats, milk, applesauce, cinnamon, and honey.
  • Stir in diced apples.
  • Divide mixture into two jars.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve cold in the morning.
