Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese and ham on top.
- Cover with another tortilla.
- Cook until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown, flipping once.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
