Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quesadillas

Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheese and ham on top.
  • Cover with another tortilla.
  • Cook until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown, flipping once.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
