Baked Spaghetti with Mashed Potatoes
Recipe is sure to leave you wanting more, while you filling you up!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 7 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 oz red pasta sauce
- 24 oz mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside
- Cook spaghetti to al dente per packaging instructions. Drain water and return to pot
- Mix ground beef, red pasta sauce, and spaghetti until well blended
- Pour contents into a nonstick 9×13 cooking pan and top with shredded mozzarella cheese to form a thick layer
- Cover with tin foil wrap and bake in oven for 40 minutes
- Cook mashed potatoes per packaging instructions
- Serve spaghetti over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
