Baked Spaghetti with Mashed Potatoes

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 7 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 oz red pasta sauce
- 24 oz mashed potatoes
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside
Cook spaghetti to al dente per packaging instructions. Drain water and return to pot
Mix ground beef, red pasta sauce, and spaghetti until well blended
Pour contents into a nonstick 9x13 cooking pan and top with shredded mozzarella cheese to form a thick layer
Cover with tin foil wrap and bake in oven for 40 minutes
Cook mashed potatoes per packaging instructions
Serve spaghetti over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
