Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well and form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
  • Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
