Mini Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
