In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
